@jglypt.net Somewhat comparable to Facebook, had a pretty central feature of “circles” where you defined e.g. a circle of friends, family, coworkers and you could easily post just to one circle. Didn’t really take off because Facebook filled that niche, and the circles were seen as a bit too complicated.
