@shreyanjain.net I had an impression that they did, and at some point everyone there quickly picked up the gear and moved it elsewhere, since Chinese officials don’t fuck around… A lot of miners set up in USA then, also places like Kazachstan. But I haven’t tracked how it looks recently.
