@mackuba.eu He’s often called a “pen” (długopis), implying that he just signs/confirms whatever PiS had been sending him. He did veto a few somewhat important things over the years, but ultimately he didn’t stop them much. Generally considered not very autonomous or smart (also his English is bad).
